Here's an idea for a Halo RPG...

Many years after the events of Halo 2, Earth is free from the Covenant and Flood forces. However, the Prophet of Retribution has awakened and wants to destroy Earth for its wrong-doing against his race. SPARTAN 117, long dead, is no longer an option for the Navy. So, the new SPARTANS are born, now called the PATRIOTS (Not a rip on MGS4).

Here are rules:
Try a 1-1 ratio for characters. For example, if five players want to be Covenant and two want to be on the Marine side, gameplay won't be fun.

Pre-made characters (Prophet of Retribution and the three PATRIOTS) are allowed to be played on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Made-ups are completely fine.

No godmoding (The Arbiter shrugged off the rocket-launcher shot or Sammy dodged every bullet that came his way) or powerplaying (The Arbiter grabbed Sammy, kneed him in the gut, slashed his head off with a sword, the stepped on his lifeless body)

Setting should be Earth with the ONLY Covenant freighter in space. The Prophet of Retribution should be here.

Oh yeah, and don't kill other people's players unless they allow you to. You can say you fired shots at them, but don't expect the other player to kill off their character.
