Uh, I play chess on the odd occasion. Buuuut I have noone to play with, so I play Mancala instead.

I'm not bad, but I don't get much practise. I only have my brother to play with, and he plays chess like draughts: he just keeps taking all my pieces, and I have to take some of his back... and we end up with like 2 pieces each, and no-one wins! 
But I don't mind too much, 'cause I know I'm the real winner

hehehe...
I like to think of the kings as having a forcefield against other kings. it's kinda odd... but in practical terms, it's just, a more of "let's not be committing suicide today, shall we avoid?" i tried to teach my calculator to play mancalla... i wrote out the pseudocode for the game, and some of the AI, but as i was coding it my calculator's batteries failed... |
