i know. *blush* but i sorta deleted GIMP in a fit of rage cause it wasn't working right... *cough* but i'm working on getting photoshop, though. or maybe i'll re-downlaod GIMP. i dunno yet... although i can't find the GIMP site again, so it might take a while.

there are alot of tricky things to gimp, like transparency, but after you learn them they are very fun.

I think it's gimp.com, otherwise I have GimpShop, from plasticbugs.com, I believe.

is it free? lol, i never have any money, and when i do i spend it on library fines, candy, or at the book/music store...
|
KillerSlime

very free. it is the Gnu Immage Editing Program, after all. Gnu is Not Unix! that is a self-redundant acronym!

I used to have the GIMPshop, but I didn't notice any difference, so I deleted GIMPshop and just kept the GIMP. It's a really nice program.

I really don't know what the difference is, but it wasn't me who downloaded it, but I use it anyway.

Sorry...
I like GIMP on pasta & GIMP-on-toast...
|
KillerSlime
|
i use gimp to edit toast pictures more than i would put it on the toast itself... but meh. i can only think of cripples and the program for the term gimp...

true. i often have to teach people how to use it when i introduce it...
but i personally like learning the things. it gives me a more in-depth comprehension of the little things.

i can't learn diddly-squat without being taught it, be it by a book, person, or other. it's kind of frustrating in dance class, 'cause my friend Amanda can learn stuff just by watching her older sister dance, but i watch, and can see the steps, but i can't do 'em for some reason... although, my dance teacher Elis just taught us a new slip-jig step, which is pretty easy to learn. not to do, though...

sounds unpleasant. but, if you want it, it comes with a manual that can tell you how to do whatever you want. that's good to start, but a little overwhelming to read; just do it when you need something done.
