i rate your avitar a 3, because it hates me and it takes way too long to finish a loop(it wants to kill me, i think..) and i rate your siggy a 7 because it's a nice picture and all, but one could do more creative edits... not that it matters.
then again, i'm not really all that much of a avatar/siggy person... i don't change mine much... and i'm not good at rating things, either.

Av- 7.3, it's nice to watch. For a very long time. I tried downloading it but for some reason the download messed up.
Sig- 6.2, it's a bit too simplistic and missing in texture for my taste. Not the picture, the picture's fine. But there's a bit too much blank space and the text has no texture. (Lol, text-ure)

Av- 8.2, since I'm assuming you made it yourself, and that's some good pixel art. I kind of like that other one you had better, though.
Sig- 5.8, it's funny but it's text. 'Nuff said.

K0zz: 5, it's hard to read. but it looks like it's cool... and uh, you don't have anything lol. and i know my sig is simple. it's supposed to be. i guess i could say that the simplicity should draw your eye to the picture instead of the backround, but that wasn't my intention so i'm not. hmmmmm... i could add that other pic i got... lol, i basicly made the same sig but it's got a different pic and font

i didn't make it... unfortunately, that's a rip... sorry... i'm no pixel artist. i would edit things like my brother, but i can't think of anything to do for that... sorry... i like text siggies, they're easier to scan past when reading alot of someone's posts...
Kozzy; you have a nice, though violent avitar that i've been told you made yourself(yay for pixel artists... what would computer graphics editors do without them? you keep the peoples alive...) so it get's an 8. your sig, i have had long problems with leet, but withought concidering it... i'll give it a 4, because i can't understand it but it's there and it's mundane text, not taking up too much space.
to louie, your blank space is a little big... you could just shrink the whole immage, while leaving the text the same... or, you could make the background transparent...

And really this avatar was a random chance creation. I'm lucky I get lucky every once-in-a-while.
...That sounded dumb. But you know what I mean.  The sig is just a space-filler since I haven't thought of a better one/created a better one.

i should really do something better for my avitar... but not during finals, and the days after it's going to be me, the anime, and a whole lot of sugar, so not then...
eventually. i wish i was a pixel artist, but i'm not (yet, hehehe!)

lol, changed my sig and my avatar. it's still a bit blank, but the text is bigger. personally, i like this pic better than the other one by w/e. and rendering on photoshop is so freaking complicated i'm just too lazy to make my own...

this one is choppier. and it's still got a blank space. that doesnt matter, though...(and by choppy, i mean cleavy not slapdash)

i don't understand your avvie, and your siggy is too long with that SG-1 thing added. i don't see the point in the second thing and the first feels too big, although you've mostly fixed the problem from before.
so, 3 for both.
for the first siggy in your sig, though, i'd give a 6.5-type score.

it's stargate!!! staragte starts July 14... only 3 weeks away! and my av is Pete Wentz from Fall Out Boy...  anyway, i like the first one better than my older ones too. lol, the SG-1 thing was actually an experiment gone right. yours: av-9 sig-7...
