It's funny we're on the topic of sleep (but less-so because I started it) because I stayed up all night at a sleepover playing Burnout World Tournament getting 90 million crash dollars. Actually, I stayed up, the rest went to sleep and I kicked them to make them stop snoring. Soooooo I'm a bit toasted. Not quite tired. It's great though, the most random things set me off into a manicky laughing attack. That's sleep deprivation for you. |

As for AFI: Gah, they're just another stupid pop band. Like many, they say they're punk, but they don't embody the whole punk philosophy. They whine about suicide and how they're not loved. Sure they sing about other things, but they're just a carp emo band gone popular and over-hyped. Kids eat this stuff up, not realizing much what the lyrics are about, and that's how emo attitude spreads, through pop culture and the diluting of. But I won't rant about it to it's fullest. I'll just stop and say that I don't listen to it. Not only is it kind of depressing, it makes real whiney, lazy jackasses out of people. And not just AFI but the whole genre. Maybe someone would love them if they stopped whining about how they're not loved. Pretty lame cycle to get caught up in, if you ask me. |

anyway, let's revive this place. my older brother says not to let it die, and i agree, seeing as this is the only place where we can find the old... is "Matriarch" a good enough word? Forum Mothers? whatever. people who were big people who aren't any more. i know i make no sence, but i often do and anyway, i don't want to elaborate further. |
