Ok, the two tribes have been selected.
Tribe One
Fishyfriend (played by Fishyfriend)
Foamy (played by Foamy)
Stinky (played by Austonst)
Tribe Two
Link (played by KillerSlime).
Goomba (played by Goombapatrol054)
Luigi (played by Sillyman)
And what about Bucky?
Bucky Katt (played by Jazzy713)
Bucky, you have been sent to Textile Island and you are the only one safe from being voted off in the first episode!
What is Textile Island? What are the two tribe names?
Stay tuned! _________________ ~Sylph~

Before the Tribe names are revealed,
Let's Take a Look At
Textile Island
The Nine Known Wonders of Textile Island
1) Starting at the top you'll notice the speckled dark patch known as Rocky Bael Boa Beach. As its name would imply, it's rocky and inhabited by the dreaded Bael Boas. The Boas werent indigenous to this island, but apparently a plane filled with them crashed on this beach and they've adapted nicely, if strangely.
2)Just south of Rocky Bael Boa Beach, hidden in dense jungle is the Ruined Runed Temple. The only runes anyone has been able to decypher were the ones over its entrance, which loosely translates to: Beware of Doug. Also surounding the temple are large statues of cows and very poorly drawn kids.
3)West of the Ruined Runed Temple in the middle of a large beach is an out cropping of trees, known to the locals only as The Sweaty Palms. Birds often fly here to eat the molusks they dig up, so it could also be said to be clammy.
4)South of The Sweaty Palms is the Super Sea Green Sandbox. Who built this, why and where they got that much sea-green sand is a secret no one has yet to solve. People have searched it up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, but it still continues to B A mystery.
5)North-east of the Super Sea Green Sandbox is the Bleu Lagoon, first discovered by the French Canadian explorer Laura Genoire. Some thought her name was Lisa, but it was not. The lagoons water is blue, cold and some say deep too.
6)Due east from the Bleu Lagoon is a cave. Strangely the cave had no name for a very long time, as the locals didnt seem too concerned with naming it, until european tourists came and popularized it's current name: The Cave With No Name. It's rumored that a famous spagetti western film director once spent a night in it.
7)Southwest of The Cave With No Name once stood the James K Polk Memorial Statue Garden. Now its just a Barren Plain filled with rocks far too large to wind a piece of string around. It seems everyone wanted all the smaller rocks. Some say Dr Spocks back-up-band destroyed the staue garden, but no one knows for sure.
8)The southern most nearly third of Textile Island is Businessman Beach. Apparntly the businessman dipicted on the large bust in the middle of the beach sold textiles and once owned this island. This is where the island got its name. Everyone by now has forgotten the businessman's name, but they do remember that he sold textiles.
9)Lastly south of Businessman Beach and a fair swim or wade, depending on the tides, is a Junked Junk. Now that's a darned shame, someone junking a perfectly good junk like that, you might say. We'd agree. But, Savage Steve, the most old rockstar-like pirate to ever set sail from Holland saw it otherwise. Savy?
Each and every episode leading up to the final will result in one DrawnToSurviver being sent to Textile Island.
Textile Island is full of mysteries and we plan to keep it that way. What you do with your time on Textile Island is entirely up to you and fate. And no one but you and the host will know what you did.
You could spend your time:
1) Relaxing.
2) Following the list of clues (which increases each episode by one) to search for the hidden immunity idol.
3) Following one of the optional quests in hopes of increasing your stats.
4) Suffering miserably if the weather is bad.
5) Lose all your social skills, find a swarm of flies and declare yoursylph their lord.
6) Being crushed to death by a Ball Boa as you cry to the camerawoman Adrianne to help you.
7) Who knows what.
Wait, what was number two again?
That's right!
Hidden somewhere on Textile Island is an Immunity Idol.(who didn't see this coming?)
More to come after this short? break. _________________ ~Sylph~

sylph, it sounds like you named the island after an island in Digimon... but not really. it's almost an island from there...
let's get this party started! yay! _________________ "All matter is attracted to all other matter. Therefore, it is in the basic nature of my mass to tackle your mass." |
