Sorry, Fishy, not a complete answer.
Everyone can only attempt the question once.
Can still answer:
Foamy
Link
Goomba
Luigi
Stinky
Can no longer answer:
Fishy
(However, Fishy, you could still try to solve it and PM a tribe mate the correct response, but they would have to reply with that response.)
Hint: There's lots of place one could go to in order to fish for this answer, but dont let my babbling distract you. _________________ ~Sylph~

That Is Correct!
The Party Animals win +.5 Gathering
(Les Animaux De Fête)
Super Mario Party, better luck next time!
(Partito Eccellente Di Mario)
Now It's time For the Second Part of the Reward Challenge!
Everyone gather on their tribe's mats: Blue for The Party Animals and Green for the Super Mario Party.
You'll notice on the mats there are three heavy wooden boxes painted in your tribes color, aproximately three feet wide and weighing 100lbs each. You are not allowed to open any of them at this time. One contains rice and rope, another contains a pot to boild water in and fishing hooks, and the other contains flint and a machete. You cannot tell what any of the boxes contain.
Besides the three boxes there are three 5 gallon jugs of water weighing 45lbs and a fourth box with a question mark on it whose contents I wont reveal that is the same size and weight as the other three. You have to decide which of these provisions to carry with you back to your camp. Know that the more you carry the slower you'll travel, but these may be the only provisions you'll ever receive.
The tribe that makes it to their camp first wins.
Obviously with seven heavy items and only three members on each tribe you are probably going to have to leave some things behind.
Tribe leaders, Fishy and Link, it is on you to decide which items to bring and which to leave behind and who to assign to carry which items. But that's not all! For the price of a five minute penalty for each box you can choose to open them. The benefit is that the items the boxes contain weigh considerably less than the box and the weights inside of them to make them all weigh the same.
Once you have both made your decisions you will be given a map to lead you thru the jungle and to your camps. If you've elected not to open any of the boxes, you can begin running with the items you selected to your camp imediately. Otherwise, you will have to wait for as many penalty five minutes as boxes you opened.
The Winning Tribe Will Receive the items they chose to bring with them and a +.5 bonus to Endurance. The losing tribe will only receive the items they bring with them to their camp.
Since thats a lot of things to consider, Fishy and Link, please take your time and consider alll your options carefully. Foamy, Goomba, Luigi and Stinky you may make suggestions to your tribe leaders, but the ultimate decision is theirs.
So Fishy and Link, When you have made your decision, PM it to me and then the challenge will begin! _________________ ~Sylph~

I'll break the decisions out and restate the goal of the challenge.
Objective:
Carry as many of the provisions as you can with you back to your camp. The first tribe to reach their camp will receive a +.5 bonus to their endurance. If you arrive before the other tribe without enough provisions though, the bonus will probably not be worth it. However, it would likely be worth it to leave some of the provisions behind to try to win the bonus.
The Provisions:
Three identical sealed 100lb wooden boxes that are unlabeled,
A fourth sealed 100lb wooden box which is labeled with a question mark.
And three five gallon jugs of water weighing 45lbs each.
Each of the unlabeled boxes contain different items. One has a large pot and fishing hooks inside of it, one has a flint and a machete inside of it, and one contains rice and rope. The contents of the box with a question mark on it is a complete mystery.
Decisions:
Decision #1)
First you have to decide if you open any, all, or a portion of the boxes. The benefit of opening a box is that it's contents will weigh less than the box itsylph and you will then know its contents. The penalty for openning a box though is that you will have to wait five minutes before starting your journey back to camp for each box you open. Whatever number of boxes you decide to open, including none, you are stuck with the results.
If you choose not to open any of the boxes, you can move dirrectly to decision #2
If you choose to open any, all, or a portion of the boxes, then PM me the number of boxes you wish to open and I will tell you the results before you need to make decsion #2. Also, if the mystery box is one of the boxes you wish to open tell me. Example: "I guess we'll open two of unlabeled boxes and the mystery box."
Decision #2)
Next you have to decide how many boxes, contents of boxes (if you open any of them), and jugs of water to bring back with you. If you choose to carry unopened boxes with you then you may not know their contents until you get to your camp. You inform me of your decision by PM-ing me.
Decision #3)
Finally you have to decide who in your tribe is carrying which items. It would be highly unlikely that someone could carry three unopened boxes alone as that would be 300lbs they would be carrying. Even carrying two unopened boxes (200lbs) would be something that only someone with high strength could do effectively. Most people would be able to carry two jugs of water or one unopened box though they probably wouldn't move very fast. In other words it is unlikely that you could carry all the provisions unless you opened some of the boxes, but you may not wish to carry them all. You inform me who is carrying what by PM-ing me.
After all the decisions are made then the race to your prospective camps will begin.
Does that make more sense?
