Its a simple game.

Take the last word a person posted and change it in the following ways:

1) Change a letter OR add OR subtract a letter (but not both nor all three).

and

2) Also you may change the order as well OR in combination with one of the other two options.

Example: wordy + y changed to s + rearranged = sword

*No proper nouns

So the first word is:

sword
