Last night there was a bear on the deck. A BEAR.

...but not just any bear. This bear was around last year. We named him Bob, for lack of a better name. Last year I never saw him up close, just out the window at night in the dark, so he looked like a lump instead of a bear. But this time we saw him come right up on the deck and tear apart a birdfeeder. He's not afraid of people, as he came right up to the door and looked in at us. It was awesome.

But this morning when we looked out the window we saw something terrible. The bear had KNOCKED DOWN part of the fence in the front lawn! Surprised He had also snapped the big iron shepherd's hook birdfeeder hanger in two and ate the birdfood!

My dad reported Bob with an online form this morning....

What do you guys have to say about this? It was so weird.

Uh, he said that the bear licked the fish on the grill. What's so hard to understand about that?

Would sauces be a better word? Or flavorings? Liquid manefestations of fishy goodness?
